What's the price per patch?

There's no set price, as there are many variables. For example, quantity, size, number of colors and special features like a glow-in-the-dark effect all influence the final price. Rest assured, you always get the best deal and quality!

I need a quote

Please send me an email with detailed information about your patch idea, unit, size, quantity and when you need your patches. I will send you a price quote within 24 hours.

What is the production time of new patches?

Usually 3-4 weeks. Shipping takes an extra week. Rush jobs can be done at an additional fee.

When will I see the artwork of my new patch?

You’ll receive an email with the patch design for your approval, usually within 3 working days.

How do you ship?

All orders are securely packed and shipped through priority airmail with tracking. This takes about 1 week. Should you need your order faster, then I can ship expedited at additional costs.

How can I make a payment?

Red’s Patches uses PayPal, Mollie, and Stripe for credit card payments. Easy peasy.

When do I pay?

I will send an invoice with a payment link after the design is approved and the production process has started.

Cancellation and Return policy 

All my designs are custom-made and take considerable time to put together. If an order gets cancelled before patch production, a design fee will apply. An order can not be cancelled when patches are in production. Returns are not possible. However, I strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. Please see below for details.
